Amir Ayalon - Partner

Amir Ayalon has 25yrs of diverse cross industry expertise in corporate finance and asset management, having worked as a Wall Street M&A banker, CEO of a number of tech companies, as well as CEO of a long/short equity hedge fund. Amir’s hands on operational expertise spans tech, fintech, web3, foodtech and consumer products. He has worked alongside and raised capital from some of the largest PE firms, and has experience with taking companies public, as well as special situations including turnarounds and Ch.11. Amir is a CPA, and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
